Online ***** not refunded

In Feb-March this year a total amount of R64 337.24 was taken off our business account, this was clearly online ***** and I reported it to FNB. Fnb then came back to me refusing to refund the money, saying I have given authorisation for these transactions, i did not give anyone any authorisation to anyone to take money off of my business account. FNB refuses to pay my money back, i have gone to the police and opened a case and will not just leave this because it is not right. I phoned the bank, they transferred me to 7 different people, I was on the phone for 1 half hours and no one could assist me. My money should be save in the bank. I do not recommend that you use this bank
