Online Data purchase gone wrong

I bought 1GB MTN data on the FNB internet banking site like I have done over a long period. Inexplicably, the data appeared to have been depleted and upon calling MTN, I was advised that the data was not depleted but I had actually bought data for off-peak use only. I then contacted FNB's online assistance on 20 Nov to explain to me how this could have happened when the only option available on their website was for the amount of data you want to buy and the price, nothing about peak or off-peak options. I promptly received an automated response promising a response within 48 hours. On 3 Dec(almost 300hrs layer) I received a nonchalant response from a Shiraz Moolla directing me to MTN. No apology for taking so long nor an attempt to investigate how the problem could have occasioned by me incorrectly using their system or a possible glitch on their system.<br> Can someone please take charge of my query and resolve it rather than palm me off to MTN?
