ONLINE CHAT USELESS
I have numerous screenshots of *********** agents on the online chat forum. They do not answer questions. Make you repeat everything numerous times every time they get disconnected. and 3.5hours later my query isn't resolved.
Someone from digital needs to contact me to verify this already verified biz account so that I can transact- (which i have already done but now it wont allow me).

Shakti Govender was absolutely fabulous in helping to resolve my query. She was quick and efficient and patient and certainly went the extra mile! Not all aspects of the complaint have been resolved due to various departments however I have every confidence she will keep on top of the situation and assist further is required. THIS is the kind of team members FNB needs to deal direct with customers!!!
