Online Chat Service - Non existent

Started an online chat with FNB at 12:52 regarding an eBucks purchase query. The advisor, Mikateko took 17 minutes to respond the first time, and it has now been another 20 minutes and I'm still waiting on his second response. What is the purpose of having an online chat service if the advisors takes 20 minutes to respond to questions. Pathetic.
