online banking transaction differences

<p>I have been trying to buy an flight ticket on Cheapoair for the past 3 days - I called forex to check the transaction amount which is $837.78 which should be around R12 939 but FNB keeps processing R13052 or R13178. I have spoke to 3 departements Card, Online and Forex about 10 times and no one can explain to me why the differernce between the forex amount of under R13k and the processes amount of over R13k . This is extremely frustrating as i need to pay for my flight before i loose it again as I already lost a flight because of FNB. On the Fllight website the amount is R12760.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone at FNB tell me who can help ></p>
