Online Banking Tariffs INSANELY HIGH

I have been a client since beginning 2006. I also were an employee. Just last night I told someone how satisfied I am with being at FNB. That was until this morning when I discovered that I am paying R7.00 per online payment. This is absurd. Why R7. I create the beneficiary. I do the payment and I pay the data. FNB educate their clients to use the ATM and/or Online Banking in order to work smarter and faster. I chose the Value Pricing Option for a reason - to keep my fees within a limit. I am very disappointed and am considering moving to a new bank. That will mean losing at least another 3 Youth Accounts, 1 Cheque Account and a Credit Card account. Please note that I did not discuss this with Ceres Branch - I phone the Online Banking Department directly. I downloaded the pricing guide pertaining to the account I use - I am just not a happy camper at the moment. You offer us the option to draw cash at stores, but they moan and groan everytime you ask them. That is ridiculous too. DO SOMETHING FNB!!
