Online banking services /***** department

On Friday evening, 19 June 2015, my phone was ****** and I contacted the FNB ***** department to cancel my mobile and online banking, which they did.

On Saturday 20 June, I phoned to have the online banking unblocked again. I was informed to go into a branch to do that.

On Sunday, 22 June, I spent an hour at FNB branch in Sandton City to go through the unblocking process in person. At the time, I was informed that the issue has been resolved, however, when I returned home and tried to change my username and password via the online banking site, I was still unable to login and still received notifications that my profile has been blocked.

Please EMAIL urgently to resolve this matter. FNB has telephonically wasted my time, and I wasted an entire morning trying to sort this matter out in branch, to no avail.
