online banking security measures changed

Frustrating is just not the word. You changed functionality and the way I always transact without consulting me. So no you really don't have your clients best interests at heart. I always use my smartphone for prepaid purchases. Is this a trusted devise? How do I ensure that this is a trusted devise. My online daily limit is set at R3000 but you saw fit to reduce this to R350 well below my usual R700 electricity purchase. So entering R350 on my banking app it still says daily limit exceeded so I edit and enter R300 still the same so I edit and enter R200! No joy. What are playing at must I guess what my current limit is. How do we normal loyal customer cope with a bank that stuffs us around.

I want an explanation and a workable solution
