Online banking profile is blocked daily

Every day my account online profile is blocked.

I am unable to login to my account. I have been to the branch 4 times too resolve and still the problem reoccurs daily.

I have been awaiting FNB ***** to contact me for days. They did not call within the 24 to 48 hours promised

Each time after midnight account resets and cannot login again.
