Online Banking Profile

Hi I have had the worst service with FNB!! I had to create an online banking profile with FNB as that would be linked with my Paypal account. I unfortunately forgot my FNB online log in credentials, and almost two weeks later FNB doesn't know how to help or they simply don't care!!! I was told my online profile had been *******ed and I needed to create a new one, upon doing so, the system tells me I have an existing profile. I then penned a complaint to FNB two days ago, and was promised someone would be in touch in 48hrs, I haven't heard from anyone!!!

The lack of accountability at this bank is astounding and I held them in high regard before this experience!!!!
