Online Banking not working, not earning eBucks

I have left a message on FNB's website. No one got back to me. When I opened my account the salesman assured me that I will earn eBucks. When I log on to my internet banking it says that I'm not qualified to earn eBucks. I had a look at the criteria for qualification and I comply to all the requirements. This is why I switched to FNB, to earn eBucks.<br> <br> I cannot use my internet banking to create a beneficiary or make a one-time payment. <br> <br> I just switched to FNB. My salary was paid into this account for the first time and now I can't bank on-line. <br> <br> Well done FNB, things aren't looking good... I'm considering just opening a new account with another bank that can get the basics right.
