Online banking no assistance

I have been trying for more than an hour for assistance for online banking. Been cut off numerous times and impossible to get service from anyone there! Please can you not improve your service to customers as even the bank staff were unable to get any assistance for me. This is not what I expect from a bank and this is not the first time this has happened.
