online banking needed urgently

Fnb cannot update my online banking app as they cant pick up my fingerprints due to the fact that i am old and they have had issues before, so now i cant access my app online or on my computer, this is a necessity as i have a medical app on my phone that i have to activate if i get sick or have security issues, so if we have no electricity we have no wifi and i cannot contact them if i have no data, in order to get data i have to buy it online and i have to buy electricity on line, i also cannot order uber taxis without an online app to pay them, please do not tell me i have to visit the branch again to sort this out as i walked 20kms there and 20ksm back as i live far from the nearest fnb and no one round here will give me a lift all that way and wait for me two hours or so, I need this sorted asap so my emergency app is active 24/7

Ii am awaiting for this to be resolved i get an email telling me if i need assistance to log onto my online banking and speak to an agent??????? How am i supposed to do that if i cannot access the online platform due to the fact that your system will not accept the username i am using you are telling me to us upper case letters, lower case letters, digits and special items like @ which i have done your system still rejects me and i get request cant be processed please ensure username entered in correct field. Please do not tell me to go visit another branch to sort this i am not walking 20kms there and 20km back again to get to your nearest fnb and then sit for three hours i am a pensioner lady sort this out, this is our problem not mine and i need access tomy internet banking asap
