Online banking issue and assistance requests being ignored

I have tried multiple time to resolve an issue with the online account, I have gone to branches with the hope of assistance and their response was they can't help.

I have emailed to which there was rep**** an investigation will take place and I will be contacted shortly. It has been 2 weeks without contact and still no resolution to the problem, I no longer receive replies.
