Online Banking Enterprise is a joke.

FNB Online banking enterprise is a joke. Our school submitted a form for reactivation early this morning, yet we have had NO RESPONSE. It is month end and as a business we have payments to process, including salaries. Even though this was explained to their call centre, they just promise to "look into the matter" constantly, but can't be bothered to resolve the matter. Their turnaround time has long since lapsed and we are STILL WAITING! Seems like our staff will be left without money for the weekend.
