Online banking EFT notifications delayed

I do banking for my families restaurant and pay suppliers via EFT all the time. Some of the suppliers require proof of payment before delivery of any goods/services. I have selected email as a notification method and many times, even though the payment has been successful, they do not receive the proof of payment. This results in deivery delays. I tested this by logging into the FNB online banking and re-send proof of payment to myself. No email was received as yet. It's been 40-minutes. This is totally unacceptable. Really bad service.
