ONLINE BANKING DISPUTES DISASTER

I logged disputes on the online banking and wanted to cancel the dispute requests as they have not been processed. I called their call centre and even used secure messaging but no one knows how the online process even works, some agents dont even know what im talking about. it seems like they implemented something that staff has not been trained on. it amazing how something so simple can become so frustrating.
