ONLINE BANKING CHARGES WITH NO EXPLANATION

Fnb is probably the worst bank I've ever dealt with. This is not the first time I've had to lodge a complaint before anything was done. I have a cheque account with FnB and there was an amount of R320.34 that I was charged for online banking fees. When taking out this account I was told with a cheque account online banking is free only to have this charge come off. I had to call in and open a query and and investigation needed to be done as why the money was deducted. Upon calling I was transferred from department to department and eventually ended up speaking to Nomagugu at telephone banking department who helped trace which department was liable for the deduction. The money was eventually reversed but another R281 deducted again for online banking fees again with no explanation! So again I had to call in and be transferred from telephone banking to online banking then to accounts and billing then back again to online banking . By this time I was furious I think that's the only reason I was not transferred to another department . I spoke to Mikhael and explained that this has happened before and now again with no explanation. His response was " unfortunately I need to open a case with the admin department to see why you've been charged". So what the hell about the first time it was done is there still no explanation for that????? This makes me want to go back to ABSA as I've been with them for 10 years and no **** like this has ever happen. FnB you need to catch a wake up and give proper explanations as why you feel so free to just deduct money whenever you feel fit
