Online banking call center is horrible

I went fnb kolonnade branch to be assisted with the payment that has been on pending since 31 August 2022, so they advised me to call online banking, I have been on that Call for 33 minutes without been assisted.. They just put me through to different departments.. I never got assisted, is like they are ***********, I waisted my time.. Received a very horrible service.. Is it difficult to reverse the pending transaction... Fnb you are horrible
