Online banking blocking profile

My online profile keeps getting blocked. I was at the branch last Friday to unblock & it was blocked on Monday, I went back to a branch yesterday and today it is blocked again. I have only used my laptop and cell phone to login my online account, either then those 2 devices it has been Protea glen and southgate's branch computers that have logged in. I refuse to go back to a branch to sort this out, I cannot by any means be going to the branch every week, if you guys cannot pick up your own computers then that cannot be my problem or inconvenience. I have just recently joined FNB and highly regret changing to this bank that promises banking at your fingertips but fails to deliver.
