Online Banking & Banking App & In Branch

Tried to do an EFT on my phone, error: exceeded daily limit. Tried to do an EFT online from PC, error: exceeded daily limit. Went into the branch, tried their terminals and same error. Consultant has me calling someone from their landline. He tells me my daily limit is R35k and I want to EFT R27k, he cannot understand why it wont allow me. If nobody understands, and the are no technical issues on their side, how am I as the customer to understand. I then requested to close my account, which they did not even hesitate to issue me my balance of close to R70k. Thanks FNB online support and FNB Blue Route Mall (I'm being sarcastic)

Reviewer Update
Just got a call from FNB, and a competent consultant duly agreed with me that I did not need to go through the rollercoaster of emotions which i did today, if someone had to just tell me to wait 24 hours until my handset and banking app verifies itself, which happens automatically 7 days after your first transaction over R301.00 on your new handset. My 7 days would have been tomorrow, and I would have been able to do big transactions.
Thanks nonetheless for the call FNB, rather late than never.
