Online banking app

My FNB online banking app is giving me problems then decided to go to FNB branch in Jabulani Mall Nd the consultants told me there is nothing they can do, then went today to another Branch at Westonaria still they told me there is nothing they can help me with, I’m deeply offended by their poor customer service Nd, to those that wish to bank with them think twice before doing such, it’s a **** bank
