I’m really annoyed by the service I received from Mantwa on online chat, she just disconnected without resolving my query. I’m using data and for her to do that it is so disrespectful and a waste of my data, I want to cancel online banking because I can’t reset my password due to an error message that my ID is incorrect of which it’s not, I can’t login and it is of no use for me to be registered for a service I can’t use, I’ve been chatting to serial people but non of them are able to assist me and it’s annoying
