Online banking

I can’t get anyone to help me out with my online banking profile. Look I am a non fnb customer that used an online banking profile to access pay pal. Suddenly the site is saying that I need to use my bank card at fnb atm to activate online banking. I am not a customer, how am I going to do that? Please help. I just want to access what I’ve been accessing.
