Online Bank Profile Blocked

Recently lost my phone so I logged into my banking to "temporarily" block my profile. After blacklisting my phone I wanted to login to my app using another phone, then I was told to go to the branch as if that thing cannot be done over the phone. Then I went to the branch they have the nerve to tell me that they are offline FNB is ***, who still needs to go to the branch to get things done in this day and age?, whereas that can be done in the comfort of my home.
