Online and app banking not working, again...

Dear FNB, can you please fix your online and app banking? For the third time in as many weeks, I can't use the app properly and no, I am not willing to pay R50 per statement for 24 statements from the last tax year to be emailed to me when I cannot pull it myself due to your tech issues...
