Ongoing Unresolved Query – Poor Service Experience

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding a query I logged last week Tuesday. Upon logging the query, I was provided with a reference number and informed that the matter would be resolved within 48 hours. However, after following up on Thursday, I found that no progress had been made. Instead, I was issued a new case reference number. This morning, I contacted your call center again, only to be asked to explain my query for the third time. Despite my repeated efforts, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of efficiency and communication from your consultants. All I have requested is a letter detailing transactions between my company and my client. It has now been more than 8 days, and I am continually being sent from pillar to post without any clear resolution. I expect urgent attention to this matter and a swift resolution
