Ongoing issues

I am still waiting for Sibusiso Gumbi and his manger to call me regarding the ***** issues with my account and it has been over a month now and still nothing. all i need is the funds on my account to be released and they can keep their account closed as when they deiced to close i wasn't told therefore i feel FNB doesn't care about their clients
