Ongoing Issue with FNB Business Account

I am frustrated with FNB regarding THE NPC business account. We were requested to submit a mandate, which we sent on 12 March 2026. , but we keep being asked to resend the same document (again on 16 and 19 March). This issue has been ongoing since November last year. Meanwhile, we cannot access our funds, yet monthly fees are still being deducted. This is unacceptable.
