Ongoing issue with FNB

This is my second review only because FNB hasn't resolve my issue. I received an email response, still not able to speak to someone in the legal department! The actual issue has still not been resolved - it was two fold and only the latter part, which was not why I logged the review had been resolved. I responded to the email, again, no response. What does it take for FNB to contact their customers?
