Ongoing Harassment from HP Attorneys & FNB’s Shocking Incompetence

I am completely frustrated and deeply stressed. For over two weeks, I’ve been harassed by HP Attorneys, claiming that FNB handed me over — first for an overdraft, then a revolving loan. I checked my FNB app — no arrears. I contacted FNB via Secure Chat and have since been passed from person to person with no resolution.

I’ve spoken to over 20 different consultants, including Tholoana, Lauren, Tozi, Jacqualine, Nonkululeko, Lutendo (twice), Kelebogile, and Cebo — the list goes on. Each time, I have to start from scratch. No one knows what’s going on, and no one can help. Today alone, I dealt with 7 more agents over an hour — still no progress.

FNB’s staff seem untrained and incapable of resolving even basic issues. Meanwhile, I continue to receive threatening calls and messages from HP Attorneys for a debt I do not owe — all while FNB stays silent.

I am demanding:

Immediate resolution

Written confirmation that I am not in arrears

That HP Attorneys stop contacting me

An explanation of how this happened

And compensation for the harassment, emotional distress, and wasted time

I’m absolutely appalled at the lack of accountability and the sheer chaos of FNB’s customer service. This has caused me so much stress, I’ve broken out in hives. I expect a proper response and action urgently.
