Ongoing Frustrations

Trying to get an online business banking issue sorted out. It is one administrative obstacle after another. First we were told the mandate was out of date and needed to be updated. We had just spent months doing that (another long story), but it obviously hadn't reflected on somebody's system check box. Then we have submitted and resubmitted an administrator reactivation form. Just received feedback that the signature on the form does not match that on the mandate, which is ironic because it is the same digital signature.
