Ongoing FNB ewallet atm dispute

I posted a complaint abt an Ewallet refund till today the money is still not refunded when my boyfriend phoned the consultant told him the money was suppose to be refunded on the 31st now the delay is with FNB Mdantsane city mall branch, so FNB surely doesn't care about the poor service they are providing, such poor pathetic service in Mdantsane branch or is it because it's mostly black client that use that branch that they don't care about the service.
