One-sided business
Closed a business account without any warning or communication.

22 Mar 2024, 11:42FNB has caused us a lot of problems with the small business account have with them. Without ANY notification the account was deactivated. We find it extremely strange that no SMS or email was sent to inform us of the closure. It is very funny because we get statements via email and FICA notifications via SMS, but not any kind of notification saying that they intend to close this account. We have phoned many times and even visited a branch and still, we have no clear answer. Now we have to go and open a new account with another bank and we are losing income.
