One lady band

<p>I would also on a side note make special mention of Manisha from FNB Florida RD Durban. When i went to the branch in the afternoon she assisted every single customer that passed through the door with a friendly welcoming and great assistance. Having just went to the branch for a bank statement I ended up waiting 15 minutes to be seen to by the other employees of the branch who seemed content to just sit at their work stations while people waited in the queue. Manisha had once again come to my assistance in getting my documents stamped. Almost seems she's running the branch by herself. Great work!</p>
