One happy FNB customer!!

6 months ago my husband app**** for a home loan at FNB as well as other major banks. The application was approved by 2 banks(not FNB)with a lower amount -we then declined. We were heartbroken! Decided to leave the whole home-buying thing- we will be renting for the rest of our lives.Until we saw a beautiful house about 2 weeks ago. Decided to apply again with all major banks except FNB (as we thought it would be declined again as on previous application). We were approved by the banks but only (again)for a lesser amount - we were devastated! I decided to apply with FNB (our last effort). I explained our situation to Jackie, she assured me that she will do her best. We were sceptical as we heard this numerous times before from other consultants. Last week she phoned us- the bond was approved(with a good rate too) I was so shocked, happy and grateful at the same time I burst out in tears! Jackie took the time to listen to us, she took the time to explain our situation to the Credit Dept. She went the extra mile! She made our dreams come true! You can be proud for having Jackie on your team! Tnx to her you have a loyal customer for another 20 years. Thank you Jackie & FNB!
