One account migration to single facility agreement

FNB one account migration to single facility account: Received numerous emails and calls from FNB that I should sign the variation agreement from one account to an single facility agreement, payment period 54 months with interest rate of 5,90 %, it is at a point that you get almost forced to sign? What should I do going forward? At this stage I refuse to sign.
