one account is a total *******

<p>i have a one account and it stays in arrears no matter what i do. I have shortened my term and increased my repayments but it just seems to be of no use. i logged a complaint to the ombudsman anf they say this falls outside of thier juristriction. i sopke to one account adadministration and they just just say i need to pay more in. or risk loosing my house. funny though that my statements shoes a remaining term and minimum payment due and i pay even more than that,....i get no assistance nor transparency on how this figure are calculated an they refuse to convert my bond to a straight bond. whatmore do they want from me?have a one accouint rhat</p>
