Once off card transactions dont need any approval.. it just goes off
Money was deducted from my Savings account CARD on the 26th of April 2021. I did not authorize nor budget for the amount to be deducted from my card and I want the transaction reversed today.
It is impossible to get hold of anyone in the call centre , ended up speaking via chat. Got the forms to complete and send to the dispute department, this was last week, I am yet to receive any phone call or reversal of the transaction.
I want the transaction reversed, I actually need the money

This service ****ing stinks...
Transaction went through my card that i did not approve. I uavr canceled the card via the app..
Please find someone that is capable.. So far it has proven worthless... All ****ing talk and no play.
