Once how can we NOT help you service

YOU have wasted the better half of my day being being transferred from one department to another - your system once again have failed you handed me over due to your *********** systems and now I am still waiting for assistance for a converted unsecured loan - your system shows court order pending when there was never a court order - why is it that I need to reach out to FNB via Hello Peter - this is absolutely pathetic and the reason I never use FNB again. Debt review never happened yo received all the documents yet you continue to contact them WHY ? - it is time you changed from how can we help you to how do we NOT help you - for a year now I trying to sort this and you choose to ignore or place the phone down while I am talking to your *********** agents

Your automated replies are pathetic call me . A legal department manger not an agent that reads of a script .. someone who knows what is gojng on .. I have for the past year tried resolving this . This is not service is a death sentence dealing with your centre

That is always your answer, but not a single person in any FNB department knows what they are doing you have handed me to daly due to a system problem and have cost me penalties .. Who will take ownership. For over a year now .. but you could not give a flying f what happens only that u charge interest and it is paid .. your service is null and void .. Imagine a year chasing you .. I was told you contacted debt rescue why I canceled no court order and yet the app still shows court order pending .. my account was only converted a few months ago and only the last 3 or 4 has it reflected i. My app due to your faulty systems . You have the court order cancellation and I have been you directly yet know one can help me .. your legal department cant . Only response is a phone that gets put down. Again get a proper legal rep with knowledge to call me .. not a script reading call centre agent.
