ONCE AGAIN...YOU FAIL FNB...

This is the second complaint in a week...WOW...

Its not fun to do this, but people need to know what THE COMPANIES do and how they act, before they decide to make use of that spesific companies services.

My first complaint was about FNB Connect (which STILL has not been sorted out) I had to phone them, becasue it seems to me that they dont REALLY care. They will phone me ONCE a day,and if i cant get to the phone or im busy, they just assume (oh well,we tried)..

I Finally got hold of someone,THEN IT ALL STARTED,was transferred from the one department to the other, each person saying "please hold on while i transfer you to the right department" after the 5th transfer, i was STILL not at the right department, but luckily i received the number for the complaints department.

SOOOO, i got in contact with an agent, she asked me for some details, then she said "please hold on while i see what is your complaint about. and that was the last i have heard from her or ANYONE from FNB. The call got cut/disconnected and still NO ONE bothered to phone me back, that happened early this morning.

What a shame FNB,what a SHAME......maybe they should start employing people based on there performance/experience and NOT on other criteria.
