Once again we are let down by FNB.

To whom it may concern.

Both my Fiance and I are completely disgusted in the way in which FNB handles its clients.

My fiance has had R7000 deducted from her account against the agreements made during her maternity leave period and further to the conversation and acceptance of the payment offer just last week!!!!

There has been no effort from FNB to assist in refunding the above mentioned monies and continue with the agreement made which was also accepted by FNB.

FNB, if this is the way in which you would like to do business, I will gladly go into one of your competitors tomorrow AM and change all my accounts and as well as my fianc?s accounts without an issue and not look back.

The ball is in your court.

I have also made a posting on your facebook group for all to see.

Please be aware that should your actions see to it that our newborn Daughter does not have formula or nappies next week, I will make sure the whole of South Africa will know about it.

Further to this I will also ensure that the entire South Africa will know how FNB does not follow South African laws with regards to prescribed debts and notifications.

Completely disgusted!
