ONCE AGAIN TOTAL INCOMPETENCE FROM FNB

Today I receive from FNB confirmation of my tax details. FNB in their incompetence has removed my SARS tax number and informed me that I am not a South African resident. In addition FNB will not allow me to enter my SARS details. I am registered for tax in both South Africa and the UK and both tax numbers have always appeared in my FNB tax information. I submit to SARS a tax return every year. Why now has FNB removed my SARS tax number and removed my residency from South Africa. I have full South African citizenship, FNB have my SA identification details. Once again nothing but total incompetency and stupidity from FNB.. MY ADVICE TO ANYBODY BRINGING IN FOREIGN INVESTMENT MONEY INTO SOUTH AFRICA IS NOT TO USE FNB. ALL FNB CAN OFFER IS INCOMPETENCY.
