Once again poor service!!!

Moving from Wealth to Private was a nightmare!

After numerous complaints another issue came to light… the reason why I moved from Wealth to Private was die to eBucks, if I stayed with wealth I would go down to Level 4 so I moved to Private… guess what Im level 4 on aprivate due to stuff not being pulled through.

1) Setup at least 3 Smart budget categories and access your Smart budget every month - Done but it’s not pulling through 2) Setup at least 3 Smart budget categories and access your Smart budget every month. - Done but it’s not pulling through 3) Use your Virtual Card on two or more streaming or online platform(s) - Done, always 4+ on Virtual now it shows two

If this issue is not fixed and I get my Ebucks that’s owed to me I will move to Discovery! You also double debit my Cheque card every month for Life Insurance I phoned the department and the “opened a case” still no feedback and its probably two weeks ago!

Your service is horrible the last couple of months I don’t understand why I need to Hellopeter every week woth service issues!
