Once again pathetic service from FNB
One week later and still no resolution from FNB regarding my wife's PayPal account... PayPal is waiting on FNB to change the KYC Indicator as it is still N which is preventing my wife from linking her account. After numerous emails and calls it's still not sorted.

23 Sept 2025, 13:13Your replies mean absolutely nothing - my wife spoke to 6 people and now they tell her she has to go into a branch to sort out - this after sending through all the required documents - you guys are useless - i'm glad i don't bank with FNB -
