Once again no Forex payment from FNB

Once again no Forex payment from FNB. The Forex payment which was to be in my bank account on the 24 May has still not materialized. My UK pension provider has confirmed that forex payment was made last week in order to meet the payment date. This is a continuous problem with FNB. The service in general from FNB in of the poorest quality I have ever experienced and have never experienced such poor service from my UK bank. Worst of all is the disrespect and dishonesty one receives from FNB. I am seriously thinking of transferring my forex to another bank as am tired of FNB total disrespect and dishonesty when I have complained previously.. Anybody thinking of transferring money to South Africa via Forex DO NOT USE FNB.
