Once again FNB shows that they cannot be trusted

I have been trying since 16 December to get money to my son, who is in Thailand. Sent an email to my private banker to ask for help. Right. She just forwards it to a forex mailbox. There is obviously no human on the other side, because I get those robot-emails to say they will get back to me. Right. Nothing happens, of course. I phone. As always, I have to wait forever before someone answers. The person who eventually picks up, says he will investigate and get back to me before close of business. Right. Nothing happens, of course. It is a week later now. This is not the first time that FNB lets me down. You simply cannot trust this bank with anything! They are either totally incapable, or just totally unwilling and disinterested. And the timing is great - just before christmas. What a nice present, FNB.
