ONCE AGAIN FNB FAILS 2 SOLVE PROBLEMS-FROM DECEMBE

HOME LOAN APPLICATION DECLINED DUE TO AFFORDABILITY<br> <br> I have app**** for a home loan in Dec 2015 with FNB ref nr: 764/OGB/12/2015. After updating my risk profile at the branch to a \\" and supplying all the required paid up letters to the branch to be loaded on there system I was advised by my Home loan consultant that, still FNB has taken into consideration some of the accounts paid up on my expenses - My personal loan and vehicle finance settled is still used after proof has been provided.<br> <br> This information has been sent on several occasions to home loans to be loaded on my application AND the same information has been given at the branch (they would not be able to change the risk without the proof of paid up accounts).<br> <br> I am very disappointed in the fact that I have given my full co-operation and still the person assessing my application with FNB home loans did not do the effort to check the communication sent between the consultant and the HOME LOAN sales department, if they did so they would have seen the accounts they noted as expenses has been paid up years ago. An offer lower than 100% even could be considered.<br> <br> TIME TO CHANGE BANK - can't believe one is treated like this!"
