ONCE AGAIN FNB DISRESPECT TO CUSTOMERS BRINGING IN FOREIGN INVESTMENT CUSTOMERS

I received today a generic response from FNB Personal Loan Department as to why I was declined a personal loan. I have requested that FNB provide myself with formal substantiation against each of these generic responses. I am sure this will never happen. Despite the fact that I receive fixed income from private sources outside South Africa (which can be termed as foreign investment) on which FNB charges their fees and in addition I pay tax on this money in South Africa. I am a home owner with no bond. I have no debts. All my previous personal loans with FNB, I have repaid within a very short period as in months. None of my personal loans have ever run anywhere near there full term (ie. paid within months as to years). I have a fixed deposit/savings account with FNB and in addition I have appointed FNB as the executor of my estate both in South Africa and Europe. BUT HOWEVER FNB DECLINES ME FOR A PERSONAL LOAN. One reason over and above the generic responses why I have been declined is because of the Temporary Loans FNB fore ever is offering. FNB have on numerous occasions failed to deduct the temporary loan repayments from my account despite the fact that there has been sufficient funds. I have submitted formal complaints to FNB on numerous occasions why they have not deducted the money and has been mostly ignored. Some periods have been for 6-8 weeks, Within FNB on line banking I cannot pay these temporary loans off via a transfer from my current account but have to wait until FNB decides to deduct the money. If these Temporary Loans now have a negative effect on my ability to obtain a Personal Loan so why were FNB so quick to offer me these loans? Once again it shows incompetence and stupidity of FNB and showing customers with foreign investment total disrespect.
