Once again bad service from FNB

I recently had my bond paid up and had endless problems with FNB . FNB engaged in an attorney to do the Cancellation who quoted me R6500+- without informing me about the correct protocols.

Due to ***********cy i am again sitting with a problem regarding this.

I got divorced almost 30 years ago. When the title deed arrived, it is on my previous surname and my present husband's name is not on the title deed, although my present husband and I have registered 3 bonds with Fnb.

On querying this with the attorneys office, I am told that Fnb gave them the information and I will need to pay another R6000+ to request a new title deed with the correct names. If Fnb caused the blunder, why must I pay again.
